The TNT 2 can be used to produce some pretty good graphics on epsxe u just have to know which settings to use.
If u use petes d3d plugin try these settings,,,,use a resolution that suits ur processor speed!

By the way only use d3d if open gl is too slow!

I have a TNT2 and Chrono Cross just look horific with those settings. I get better results with Pete's OpenGL plugin. You should try that to see if it might work better for you.
