can someone please help me? im trying to add a game to peceditor and when i close it out it asks if i want to save changes i click yes and i get an error message saying "cannot replace c:\program files\psx emulation cheater\codelist.inf" how do i fix this?

It's a vista issue, you need to be an admin and allow access to the file.
