mmm well basiclly u just do this=
goto your video plugin and choose pec then configure pec this involves selecting the gpu plugin u want to use,after this close epsxe.
Now click on the pec.exe icon and choose the cheat u want to use and press the transfer to plugin button,it will say waiting for plugin.
Now start psxe and run the game u want to play and it should work (does for me)
