Can somone give me a detailed "how-to" thing for installing and using Pec please?
I cant get it to work..
Installed it in Program Files...and put the necessary .dll file into ePSXe/Plugins. So the installation sounds ok right?
But I cant work out how to get it to work. I'm trying Gran turismo, as an example; First I load ePSXe, and go to gpu drivers, select Pec, then configure the REAL gpu (Pete;s OpenGL). Then I open Pec, select the Gran Turismo cheats, and click 'send cheats' - it says "transferring data" - which sounds as though it has worked. But then what do I do with ePSXe? As when I close the CPU config window, it tells me to restart ePSXe - but won't that erase the cheats sent to it? I restart it anyway, and load the GT cd, only to find the cheats havent loaded. so i try doing it all the same again, except not restarting ePSXe. The cheats dont work - again.
Any suggestions? Or a walk-through guide?
I've tried it with several other games too - but it wont work.

Using:
AMD Athlon 1ghz
128meg RAM
34gig HD
NVidia TNT2
DVD drive

Plugns:
Pete's GL
Lori's spu
internal CD/Pete's aspi

Thanks if you can help!

Thanks Jaz..

I'll try it exactly as you said. Cheers if it works!
By the way, you're not 'Jas The Barclay King' are you?:) That'd be an enormous coincidence if you are. I'm in Norwich too yeah, off to MCR for uni in 1 month though (ARGH).

George, if you do exactally as onejaz told you, it very definately should work. This is the way I always do it and AFAIK the only way to do it. PEC.exe always has to be run first for the cheats to be active and then ePSXe, to run the game.
sincerely,

Amiga? Is that something to do with a certain, former great computer?:) ahh...memories!
