I don't know, you can check here: https://github.com/libretro/beetle-psx-libretro/issues
and if nobody reported this you can create new issue there.
Make sure to test last stable and last nightly build before reporting it, maybe it's already fixed in nightly build.

The thing are it seem no one have same issue of me.... RTX related?

It's not RTX related at all. My emu rig has a 1050Ti and my main rig has a 1660 Super and both exhibit heavy artifacts when using Bettle's XBR/SABR texture filters. I never suffered the heavy artifacts with
tapeq's xbrz texture filter with my 1050Ti or 760 on my emu rig. Even Final Fantasy IX's 2D backgrounds never suffered any appreciable artifacts and still were sharpened and filtered. With Bettle's XBR filter you get the dreaded green outlines on FFIX's 2D backgrounds.

Seems like Beetle has texture replacement now:

This really is a major breakthrough in PS1 emulation. I just don't like that it only works in RetroArch. :poop:
