I tried MGS1 and Chrono Cross yesterday even just with memory PGXP looked really awesome. MGS1 with Memory + CPU looked even better. I had some brief slowdown, but just in one part. Outside of the Shadow Moses base looked incredible

That's a strange problem, maybe you can try putting the whole emulator folder in another location and see if you have the same problem, or maybe deleting your .ini files or going in regedit and deleting any related registry entries to pgxp and pcsxr

Came in to say happy holidays to all and happy new year, still using this as my main psx emulator which is great, praying for a holiday or new year miracle that we get an update in the near future! It's a great piece of software, thanks to everyone who has worked on it!

Wow nice to see @iCatButler back again, would love to see more work on this.

Was playing Disruptor on the last release from April 2017, was very good with the geometry on the background but the 2D enemies were skating all over the place. Great game by the way, highly recommend it to any FPS/DOOM-like fans.

Really look forward to any updates, definitely realize there is no timetable, just that z-buffered/stable geometry at high resolution in PS1 games has always been a dream of mine lmao.

Nice to hear that a Vulkan renderer is being worked on. I know nothing about the software/rendering pipelines but I guess it is helping with performance or cross-platform compatibility? Really works very well in the Dolphin emulator.

Interesting, thanks for the update and information.

Is there any limit to "how much correction" can be done in regards to perspective correction and z-fighting? Or is that something difficult to determine for now?

Sometimes there's games that almost fool me on the current PGXP that there is near perfect z-buffering until a foreground item gets a bit messy like the player character in Mega Man Legends lol.

The slow boot looks a bit off with PGXP with the current build so I usually leave it off for PGXP but leave it on when I use my main ePSXe build. Sweet sweet sounds

There's still bugs here and there with different elements even 2D parts in PGXP here and there in different games.
