Hello to all. I made my own version of the PCSXR-PGXP emulator. I have been working on tuning for a very long time. Now both picture and sound are perfect. Everything works without problems. The emulator settings should be strictly the same as in the description of this topic. Please read

Is this just settings or does it include source changes? If it has source code modifications, where is the modified source code hosted?

This is just a setup, a repack that includes a completely ready-made emulator with plugins for a comfortable game. Thanks to these settings, the sound and picture are perfect. I just suggest that you all try something that took me a lot of time. I would be grateful for your feedback.

Thanks for your version of PCSXR, I'll try today and will be back with the feedback. I use Epsxe all the time because I not managed to get a decent sound working in PCSXR, specially for tomb raider II.

It was on Tomb Raider II that I checked the sound. My initial splash screen and the game itself were buggy. You need to set all exactly the same settings as mine

For me, tomb raider II still have bugs in sound in the PCSXR, even in your custom build, using P.E.Op.S DSound Audio driver 1.9 "Or 1.14" have muted sound in the first menu of this game, also lara is muted. This doesn't happen for eternal SPU lite 1.41 or Eternal SPU 1.50 but it gots a choppy sound for this game. That's the reason I'm still using Epsxe.

I don't know what setting you're using, since the settings for PCSXR or Epsxe are stored in the registry. If you upload your build, the config is not the same because is stored in your local PC, not in the PCSXR folders.

In any case, could you please post screenshots of your sound config? "Plugin and plugin's configuration"? I only encountered this game can works fine "on the sound's side" using epsxe + epsxe SPU core.

Hello. There settings should be not only audio, but also cpu and video as in the screenshots. Only there I was able to adjust the sound.

Your own version? You just pre-applied some settings, dude. Lame.

Maybe not put it that way, this is a repack, with plugins. Everything can be viewed on the page following the link that I posted. I do not pretend to develop, it clearly says that this is just a repack, a ready-made setting for a comfortable game so that the user does not bother.

Sorry but also tested with your same config, tomb raider II still with no sound on the main menu or lara voices. Only works on Epsxe.

I do not even know. You can try to transfer these plugins from epsxe to pcsxr and configure them there.
