Hi,
I want to play Legaia 2 on my PC but it only works with 30-40 fps


PC:
Windows Vista 32-bit
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core
2,4GHz
ATI Radeon SAPPHIRE HD3850
4GB RAM

and when i open the Config menu, this red lines appear at the black box:

what does it mean?

that error means those plugins arent working. but gsdx is workign so thats good.

ok im gonna tell you this 2.4ghz dual core cant get you full speed in all games. try using speed hacks and VU skip to try to acheive 60fps. if it doesnt then you will have to stick with 40fps then.

for sound use P.e.op.s plugin.
GSdx is good for graphics.
Also make an ISO of your game DVD and use Linuzappz ISO plugin to run the ISO.
Get the latest beta version and enable all the speed hacks as denis said.
Disable texture filetring and wait sync options in Gsdx.

thx for help. its better now (playable for me) but not max speed

i got another problem
when i start the game its getting jerky a little bit

with the setup u got you can oc ur processor to 3.2 ghz if u have a decent cooling

I have a athlon 4200 x2 64 Oc to 3.5 thanks to a 80 dollar heatsink and some hard blowing fans.

I was gonna say, even with stock cooling you should be able to push it up a couple hundred MHz. Every bit helps, just keep a close eye on your temperature.

only a difference of 500MHz (0.5GHz) and above will help you to get extra7 or 8 fps. depending on your current cpu speed.
