Optimal Final Fantsy 8 Configuration

I'm looking for someone to tell me the best final fantasy 8 configuration. my hardware config is like that:
AMD Athlon 600
128 MB RAM
32MB GeForce Graphics Adapter
SoundBlaster 32 (yep, its the old one)
Windows 2000 SR2

can someone help me on that?
