Depends on ppl, for me it was very visible between 14 and 18-19, I still have very few ones on the face when it's warm... and the ones in my back are still there at 20 ....

BTW, 'impossible', don't post all in SMS style all or you'll get bashed pretty soon... I'm not the only one to hate it :cuss2:

Don't suffer from it, these days we have medicine that completely cures it, if I hadn't used that ( Roacutan.. if I remmember the spelling correctly )... I wouldn't have been popular with girls... and my life wouldn't have been nearly as much fun!

Well there's some good stuff against it, I used it as well though I was lucky for not having that much trouble with it. It can be pretty frustrating though :(
Stay away from chocolate, I could notice it just one or two days after I had some :???:
I used stuff by Clearasil, some thick kind of cream I put on at night. It helped drying them out faster. And after you got them away, try to keep your face as clean as possible :)

i never had bad acne (im 17) but occasionally i do get a pimple and thye come in in the most annoying places...my cheek or something would be fine, but get it on the tip of my nose or on the corner of my lips...insanely annoying. My mom works for a dermatologist though so i get a whole crapload of medicine for it for free :p

If it's on the cheeks or forehead it's not really annoying, wait to get it on your ass, nose, back hell maybe your feet even,i still get pimples popping up and then i pop them although popping ones on your back is quite troublesome.Just deal with it as they go away and other's come around.

Chocolate isn't the only culprit...ANYTHING that will make your skin oily will cause them..including lotions and the like...all sweets, soda included....
Best remedy is to keep the areas clean and dry... washing them as often as possible...

Whoa. I see this thread is 6 days old but I just have to add my 2 cents.

DON'T wash your face too often. If you're always washing it and drying out your skin with soap and alcohol (often in toners), your skin will compensate for the overydrying and produce even more oil (if you have oily skin). If your skin isn't very oily, washing your face too often will only dry it out and cause more irritation. The best solution is to wash your face twice a day, when you get up in the morning and before you go to bed at night. Try to find products that work with your skin type.

Popping zits isn't a good idea. It's a great way to cause scarring.

Be sure to drink lots of water. It will hydrate your skin to keep it healthy and firm.

Eat foods with lots of antioxidants, great for fighting acne inside your body. Topical medication is only effective on the skin's surface. Antioxidants will help keep your skin clear as it grows and repairs itself. Great foods for this include cantaloupe, broccoli, or spinach. Brightly or richly colored fruits and veggies often signify a good source of antioxidants. Tea is also a great source.

Exercise and eat right! Your skin is the largest organ of your body *insert penis joke here* and needs exercise and nutrients to look and act its best.

If you find some foods seem to cause acne, then avoid them or take them lightly.

And lastly, avoid high stress. Stress often causes certain hormone levels to elevate, which in turn can lead to acne.

*edit*

Ah yes, one more thing. Even if you have oily skin you should consider using a light moisturizer. Overdrying your skin with topical acne medications and soap will only cause it to produce more oil to compensate, as I mentioned before. Using a light moisturizer will help your skin cut down on the amount of oil it produces in order to keep itself moisturized and pliable.

See and that's what you get from beating your meat so much!

Try washing your face 5 times a week. Use scrub 4 days a week. If that doesn't work then go to your nearest dermatologist. Is all about being clean and not popping them...especially when they a re infected, I refer to them as being ripe. SO don't pop 'em when they are ripe wait for the infection to pass use some triple antibiotic on it if you can. Keep your hands away from your face.
