Onos... is my HD dying oO

In the past 2 days my HD's Raw Read Error Rate and Hardware ECC Recovered both dropped from 66 to 62 (while the "Worst" value is 59 and 58)... is this something to be worried about? (the S.M.A.R.T. values are from SpeedFan 4.20)

What kind is it and how long have you had it for?
