If there anything that doesnt fit about Onimusha 3 Demon Siege with Capcoms action game legacy, its the 3rd part in the star-studded demon slaying trilogy seems- if anything-unconventoinally calculated for the masses. Onimusha 2, however, was a big dissapointment at the box office, and so comes the final installment of the trilogy, bursting from the seams from the involvement of not 1, not 2, but 3 notable cinematic forces. The results are tangible. If you agry, or disagry with the blue text tell me why.

Part 3 was a fantastic game. I think if the other games had been up to that standard we would be seeing a Onimusha 4 more quickly. Yes, I said 4. The creator has stated the series isn't finished. Just that story arc is. I did like 2, with Jubei. It had some branching story-line paths and nice scenery in it. It felt at times similar to the first "Way of the Samurai" game.

I have played the Onimusha Gaiden for GBA, as well as looking forward to the soon to be released Phone adventure "The Flying Fortress".

Oni 3 just didn't get the reconigtion it should have this year. Ironically it one 1st place for best intro at "Gametrailers.com", as well as a spot in Game Informer for one of the best games of 2k4.
