I've made an iso file(first cd) of FF IX on my harddisk with cdrwin.
O.k now to my question:
What happends when i have to play with the second(third or fourth) cd?
Shall i make isos of the second, third and the forth cd?

your choice I guess... it shouldn't make any difference if you just have the desired CD in the CD drive and read it from there, or if you convert it to an ISO file and read it from HD. If you meant something else then please elaborate :p

No probleme, when You finish a Cd, you can save, and use this save to start the CD above, so if you want to save disk space you can first use the first iso, once you finished, make the second iso, and erase the first!!!!, but You can also burn your ISO on CD-Rom to use them...

If you don't run the Next version of FPSE[you must don't run it :D, see forum:Misc PSX emulator; thread run FF IX, to understand :D]
don't forget to patch your ISO to use them...
