srsly, using a core 2 duo e6600 in conjunction with an ati x1650 pro should not yield this problem, so should i blame drivers, plugins, or v 1.70 itself? btw aero is off. I'll post a followup w/ actual pec video driver settings only if needed for clarification purposes.

i keep maxing out on one core still, and then the music stutters
should i do some more stuff?

and it's not like i can finish dissidia without playing this first, and i set the spec's to what was pictured with the fix as well. i'm not sure what the issue is anymore!

c'mon i need the help plz
but then how do i get to use pec and stuff? i just want to use epsxe and unless there is a huge resource hog somewhere i should be able to do that, and why does the program only use one core? the processor does have 2 of them.
