Be aware that your system ram is a lot slower than true video ram.. So even if you give your onboard video card more video ram, it will be slow video ram and not the highspeed vram that most current video cards use..

No they arent any good but intel ones are surprisingly better than sis ones when it comes to performance.
My 810 can play everything decently in d3d mode.so if you are really tight on budget you can go for onboard video cards.
Else its no use.

That sis vid chipset should do fine, as long as you use petes soft, peops soft, or kazzyua soft. I ran epsxe for over a year with the i810 (8mb shared) chipset, and had no problems.
