To tell the truth, I am quite interested in this. There are a lot of gullible people in this world I could build up and sell them to. Like that guy who "Buy it now"'d a PICTURE of a Nintendo DS for $200+.

I bet those are all customer returns because none of them were working :p

or faulty, defective ones that weren't put in stores....

He got the chips into his possession by not-so-legal means, I’m quite sure… Anyway, even though they are Celerons (I hate Celerons :p ), I think they’re at a good price. If you sell computers for a living, you could make some profit out of it. For everyone else, it’s a waste of money.
