Ever since I got my PC up and running again (finally), I've been having trouble running epsxe. I have all my plugins configured correctly, i believe, but whenever I tell the emulator to run the cd I hit a stumbling block. In the beginning everything seems fine, as the cd begins to boot up. But after a few seconds, my whole machine reboots and I'm back at my desktop. Since i'm running Win2k, I downloaded ForceASPI thinking that was the problem, but I still get the same result. And I don't want to take the time to make ISOs of all my games (though i could make one just to see if the emu would even work). So, any ideas on how to remedy this problem?

Well I'm pretty sure it isn't a problem with your cds. Try running the bios to see whether the same thing happens there. I'm guessing it will. Then go an do a clean install of your vid drivers and see what happens.

Yup, same deal with the bios. Also reinstalled my video drivers and i still hhave the same problem.

Ok hows about when booting the bios with sound disabled using a software gpu?
