Ok so i have a 1060 GTX gpu and a i5-6500 cpu so i don't think my hardware is a issue but here is the issue.
In windowed mode i can Fast forward however when i got to full screen it does not work it acts as if I'm not even hitting the backspace key any ideas why this maybe?
Only thing i could think is for some reason the fps is being forced to be at 60fps at full screen but i have no idea why?
