If I recall the FAQ correctly, you need to make sure that you have downloaded the Visual Basic Runtimes from Windows Update or another source to get null's plugins to show up.
Have you got your windows installed to other directory than default? (default = C:\WINDOWS\
If it isn't then create windows path to your C drive and then put the VB runtime librarys there (or was it in the windows/system...?)
Win 98se dont need the VB library cause its already built in with it unless you mess your up OS or you have an older version of Win98.To check if you got 98se run Directx it should say in the operating system: Microsoft windows 98 ( **** build 2222).
