Can anyone help me in this problem it says

C:\Program Files\Dreamcast\nullDC-Naomi_1.0.3_mmu.exe

This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling this application may fix this problem.

This is what it says, I try again to reinstall it and put the bios in the right place but nullDC wont start

please help me! I want to play it and thanks in advance
