Hey-ya all,

So yea, the project still lives on 8 years later, in http://reicast.com.

We're accepting donations now via bounty source https://www.bountysource.com/teams/reicast. For more details check https://github.com/reicast/reicast-emulator/#supporting-the-project--donations as well as https://github.com/reicast/reicast-emulator/issues/1144 and https://www.bountysource.com/teams/reicast/issues.

That's all for now I guess. Was a long enough "break".

So, as promised:
Changes - nulldc - Project Hosting on Google Code

It has been an interesting ride, giving a meaning to the sad excuse some of the past years were. But as time passes, things change.

I hope this will be useful to the community, one way or the other :)

Gah, you guys made me waste 20 mins recovering this account just to reply ...

nullDC is currently quite stalled. I'm trying to work and eventually get done with it, however its particularly hard given my current situation.

While the project isn't very welcoming, it is a fact that svn builds and commits shouldn't bother users, and from the moment you're willingly using an alpha version that hasn't been tested for release or stability ... you're pretty much on your own. If you want stability and less problems, use the stable versions (which, sadly, are depreciated, and my server is currently down so it might be hard to find them). Now, before you start complaining how hard its to find a "good" version, it is like that because there are other, currently under development, emulators that you can use instead -- i don't want to waste your time on nullDC as it is currently quite outdated.

TL;DR:
Do NOT expect release quality from alpha/svn builds, do NOT use them unless you are a developer. Also, do NOT complain that old builds are old, because, well, they are ..

You might have noticed that Greece has been going through some wonderful months lately, and both me and Psy are located in Greece. I also have two jobs, attend to university (which is collapsing), work on my dissertation, Master diploma planning, personal life and many-many-many other things that compete for my time. nullDC has been an awesome project during my high-school years, but eventually you do find more important things to do in life than emulator projects :)

Having said that, I'm really trying to allocate some time in my life, polish nullDC up, document it, finish the ports, have a proper site, .... its just really hard currently.

Hope this clears up things a bit !

*edit*

To clear up things a bit, its not the fact that i'm not getting paid for it, its the fact I don't have the time for it.
