you know what, you could just use a memory search and dump utility to do this. Money values are mostly stored as integers anyway. Usually, what i used to do was search for the amount of money i have currently in the games data segment (in this case epsxe), do something with the money like decrease it or diminish it, then search for the ones that changed from the previous search. If done right, you should find the location of the money value in memory and you can modify it to the value you like (max is subject to variable type of course).. But anyway, i guesst this is more for a glutton like me.. hehe.. :D

shadow lady, we DO have a no-spamming rule so you should be careful not to post too much nonsense or else your brother will find your account with less posts that you started with.
the *** are probably due to the vbulleting software censoring out words as raziel pointed out.
