Hi all,
first i will apologize for these really nasty questions.. here they are:

1) Are newer version of Dolphin (2600 - up) compatible with Vista?

2) Can this config run Mario Kart Wii and Super Smash Bros Brawl? At full speed?

1)Yes.

2)Smash bros. should run fine. I don't think MK runs very well yet.

1. Vista will run it without any effort.

2. It would run but not at full speed. It's not your config fault. Dolphin is not complete yet. At least SSBB can run full speed in some places

SSBB seems to have some inbuilt frame-skip system, so even though the FPS are often just 30 for me I always have full speed
