Anyone know anything about camera phones?

I want to get myself a Nokia N90 and have been checking out the movie capability. The video clip quality I've seen is too good for a phone to believe it hasn't been 'digitally enhanced'. See for yourself.

Is it the kind of quality I can expect or has it been spruced-up? Any ideas from you phone experts are welcome.

A new nokia phone thats coming to the states can do 640x480 but only at 15fps...

Not sure about the frame rate on the movie I've seen but according to this review the N90 has two recording modes, 'High' quality 352x288 pixels or 'Normal' mode 176x144 pixels.
