Try NO$Zoomer 2.3.0.2 and find a option in the add-on which allows you to play in full-screen.

Yes, with Nozoomer or any of the other zoomer apps which im not going to tell you where to find because i don't spoonfeed newbs.

Good Quality depends on whether you find the filters to be good quality, if you're not happy with the filters then no it's impossible to stretch with good quality.
