NO$Zoomer wont work

i have seen many posts about how no$zoomer will fix the text overlapping problem with Final fantasy IV. i downloaded the program and opened it with no$gba v2.6a and it didnt fix the problem at all.

can someone please tell me how to actually use the program and also why it may not be working. i cant find anything that explains how no$zoomer even works.

Put the No$Zoomer files in the same folder as No$GBA. If you start No$Zoomer now, it will automatically use No$GBA.
EDIT: If you use Windows Vista, you'll need to give it admin rights.

I may have some idea of what your problem is:
Don't try to open No$GBA. Just run No$Zoomer.exe. If both are in the same directory, a ROM-selection window somewhat different from No$'s own should open. Does it work this far?
