I have epsxe on my D drive and after reinstalling windows on the C drive I get this error. It worked flawlessly with the same settings and plugins before. Only thing I can think of is that I updated to the newest nvidia gforce drivers. Anyone know whats wrong? I've tried lots of different settings in PeteOpenGL2 plugin but always with the same results. I use nvidia gforce 8800 gtx.

You need to get rid of the opengl2 plugin and get a opengl one :)
here's a link for it:http://www.pbernert.com/gpupeopsopengl178.zip

just delete your opengl2 plugin and extract this into your plugin folder XD
