No videos work all of a sudden (all games!!)

For some reason, videos, real video or the cartoony type, don't work all of a sudden. They were working fine before, but now it's either a black screen or just a messed up screen where there is supposed to be some sort of video. In some cases, I can hear the sound perfectly. This stopped working around the same time I downloaded some new plugins, AdriPSX and ePSXeCutor. I deleted all of the new stuff, and I even deleted ePSXe itself, and unzipped it again, but it makes no difference. No matter what GPU or SPU, videos just don't work. It's pretty frustrating as ePSXe was working 110% before. Can anyone help?? Thanks!
