I'm having the same problem. I've also downloaded like three different plugins. I've unzipped them, placed them in the plugins folder, and when I start the emulator, and click on video plugins no plugins are listed.
The folders are titled:
gpupete175
gpuLewGlide140
gputest30
gpupete172
Those are the plugins. I got them from this site's epsxe graphics plugins section so they should be working. I also have epsxexecutor, does that have anything to do with it?
Well, what kind of specs do you need? I have a Pentium 4, 2.8 GHz, and 480 MB of ram. I have a 40 Gigabyte Hard Drive and my GPU is an Intel Extreme Graphics 2 for Mobile. The plugins I'm using are: Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.6 for Video, P.E.Op.S. DSound Audio Driver 1.9 for Sound, and ePSXe CDR WNT/W2K core 1.5.2. for CD Rom. Anything else?
Well, even with the setup you told me, Megaman X6 still runs slow, but X4 and X5 run fine in the game, but they run slow on the main menu and cutscenes.
