Try deleting the registry keys for epsxe, located in
Code:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\epsxe\config
and restarting the app.

I'm having the same problem. I've also downloaded like three different plugins. I've unzipped them, placed them in the plugins folder, and when I start the emulator, and click on video plugins no plugins are listed.
what 3 plugins did you download? are you sure they're graphics plugins?

The folders are titled:
gpupete175
gpuLewGlide140
gputest30
gpupete172

Those are the plugins. I got them from this site's epsxe graphics plugins section so they should be working. I also have epsxexecutor, does that have anything to do with it?

Don't create folders. Just put the dll files under epsxe/plugins, like epsxe/plugins/gpuPeteOpenGL.dll, etc.

  1. [rules]RTFM[/rules] You're on your own BIOS wise.
  2. Use the goddamned edit button instead of double posting. It's right here:

Don't know. And unless you provide some info, like the specs of your pc, or the plugins you are using, no one is likely to know. Anyway, with a 2D game like that, use peops gpu plugin.
