I've tried all the plugins I've found, and none of them have worked, in testing, or in-game. If it helps, the game I'm trying to run is Suikoden 2. Any suggestions?

Ah! Well, you are in luck! I've just been playing SI & SII for ePSXe. What sound plugin are you using currently?

Either there is something wrong with your memory card, or you aren't configuring the plugins correctly. Take a look at this: http://forums.ngemu.com/1630178-post11.html. Ignore the graphic settings. I use Eternal SPU Plugin without any issues.

Alright, I got basic sound working, but there's still nothing for the cutscenes. Settings are exactly what you used in the link.

what version of epsxe? if you are using 1.6.0 or 1.5.2 you need to enable XA sound.
