No one hear has mentioned this but its something many people are experiencing after commit 4505.

Commit 4505 changed the memory management of windows xp 32 bit to get rid of the "Failed to grab 1 gb continous memory". What has happened to many xp 32 bit users is that a new error has started from that commit stating "No possible memory base pointer found". After the warning dolphin crashes. If you do not have panic handlers enabled you will experience a dolphin crash when you start a game. This seems to only affect windows xp 32 bit users. If you have this problem or after commit 4505 your games crash you should go tell ector, godisgovernment, and hrydgard here. They want people to post there pc specs.

UPDATE
Update for people who might not be following the commits of Issue 1624. The error is steming from something wrong with the Dolphin.ini file in your Config folder. (user/config). A Workaround has been found by neakmen. If you remove the dolphin.ini file the emulator will make a new ini file for you and your games will work. You will have to redo a couple settings such as settings pathways for where your isos are located. Its a weird workaround but works just a tad bit tedious to do everytime you want to play a GC game. For me atleast Wii games have now started to work. I grabbed orleans 4586 build and they work just fine. Just a update for anyone getting this error or who may be suffering 100% crashes off GC games on dolphin after svn 4505. (Click panic handles and if you get "no possible memory base pointer" then you suffering from this problem. Again this seems to only affect windows xp 32 bit users.
