Okay, first of all I'm using the latest version (2.6a) and every time I'm playing Pokemon soul silver my emulator usually crashes. But the thing is every time it crashes I lose my saved data, Ive even tried backing it up and it still wont keep my saved file. I put the second copy in another folder and renamed it but i still lost my data, why does that keep happening when No$Gba crashes?!

No$GBA only saves data on a successful exit, unlike other emulators it doesn't write to the file when you save in-game. No$zoomer has a function to force No$GBA to save the output file. I reccomend mapping that to a button or hotkey so that you can press it every time you save in-game.

As for the crashing, No$zoomer fixes some of that too, but I haven't played pokemon, so I don't know the specifics. Try enabling some EX in no$zoomer and disabling the Mic when you don't need it.

Are no$gba and No$Zoomer in the same folder? Are you launching no$gba or No$Zoomer? because launching no$gba does nothing new and launching No$Zoomer automatically launches no$gba but with No$Zoomer piggybacking onto it.

they don't need to be in the same folder, however Grey's issue was the lang files were not in the lang folder.
