I have START on Left CTRL and SELECT on SPACE, and A/B and X/Y reversed, but other than that, I have the same layout as Somerandomguy.

Mic replacement? I do not know of any such.

What I mean is, you can use a certain key to use in replacement of a mic. (I should know - I used the L and R "buttons" in my Mystery Case Files - MillionHeir game instead of blowing into the mic, which, like I said, I don't have.)

Then that's a game feature. No$ doesn't have such a feature built in. You can try to disable the mic in No$Zoomer, which produces some static that can be enough for some games.
Other than that, there's the Audacity workaround.
