If you boot No$gba using the NAND (DSi-1.mmc) to emulate the DSi's menu, then you'll get a much higher compatibility, many errors such as graphical and touchscreen issues will be fixed. You'll also be able to save the games.

Orange = Minor glitches, but game is playable to the end
Red = Doesn't boot, or if it does, something prevents it from being playable to the end.

Here's a list of some of the games I've played and the errors I've encountered.
Global DSi problems:
- Microphone doesn't work, even if you have a microphone or use the Audacity trick.
- Most games that use the touchscreen in-game have the same issue in which when touching near the edges of the screen, the click registers a little bit away from the mouse pointer. This causes you to click on things you don't want. This can be fixed by going into system settings and calibrating the touchscreen.
- If using TwilightMenu, you might notice that in games that use the touchscreen in the main menu to start the game, the touch will not work. To fix this, you need to boot the emulator to the ORIGINAL DSi Home Menu first, and then reset to load the Twilight Menu, then games with these touchscreen issues will work just fine.
