I downloaded ePSXe, and it works and well, but I need to config it first, so I do so, except, there are no bios files anywhere. In the bios folder is only a file named erase.me, nothing else. There also is nothing to extract from... so...
Help?

Ehh... so basically you need to own a PS?
In that case, it's a no go-er for me, as I don't have a PS...
