which video plugins will show the battle menu? apparently I don't have a 3d card, although it's supposed to be. Intel extreme graphics card.

I too cant see the battle menu

Whenever it enters the battle mode, i cant see the battle menu, so i cant use any items or do attacks or effectively use the trance mode. Can some1 plz tell me how to fix the problem. Or could you email me the solution to [email protected]

majistr8: try using Peops soft plugin, or turning up offscreen drawing if you're using a HW plugin

This is what I use for Final Fantasy IX on the ePSXe! Hope it helps! By the way, if it still doesn't work, go to the link on the top of the forum saying 'Configuration files for popular games to get other settings!

Try using the DX7 one. :/
I even made it work on my ATI Rage Pro.

to show the battle menu, enable the fix for ff9 in the 'special game fixes'

This is rather strange... I can get it to work when I use PEC, but not without.. and it freezes early in the game... after the 2nd fight. (the play) I'm using NTSC U/C cause that's what I own. it might just be a bad dump though, I'll try using the CD later.
