so far I've only seen differences with GT2, maybe because it's generally a more intensive game.
epsxe new spu core is the fastest; gives me ~60 fps mostly
pete's 1.10 gives ~52 fps on _average_ (sometimes 60 sometimes 50 etc)
lori's 1.41 gives ~48 fps
plus the spu core sounds the best in the GT2 MDEC
