looks like an overgrown thermalright TRUE to me

Looks to be aluminium with a copper core, this is more an inhibitor for heat transfer then anything as it has to transfer across different metals, which have different heat conduction. (Best coolers are either full copper or copper mix)
Looks ugly.

it runs better than the thermalright TRUE which costs the same ( atleast for me )

The cooler proves to be a good one, it gives almost the same results as the TRUE, though it gets beaten by the TRUE like the rest, pretty close though.
