Eh.. I'm not sure I trust your testing methodology. The AMD system may just very well be running the program better because the CPU is better suited for the application. I really doubt Hyper Threading is slowing down your application. And besides. An AMD athlon XP @ 2.2 Ghz = a 3200+. So his performance should be comparable to yours. New or old.

No. A 9100 is an 8500 with slower clock speeds, (4x2 card). A 9200 is a slower 9000 Pro. (4x1 Card)
