How do you use this option in ePSXe? I can't seem to find a plugin/utility for it anywhere.

Well, you could directly download it from NGEmu, but you can also get the plugin (CyberPad) at http://cyberpad.psxemu.com/

Great - thanks. I didn't realize that was what cyberpad was for. I've tried it and I get an error message saying "Thunk connecting failed (32->16)". Any idea what this means?

Copy subTsgMSCD16.dll and subTsgMSCD32.dll from the plugins directory to the main ePSXe directory.
