How do I convert my neorage roms, to the mame32k 15 beta, so I could play it on the mame emu!!!!!

This is kind of confusing, either CLRMame Pro or Romcenter, do I need a neo-geo datfile and where do I get it I can't seem to find it.
How do I do this?!

You know I don't understand this, I mean my neo-geo roms work perfectly on my neorage, but when I was trying to convert them to the mame interface by using romcenters rom-managing tool it showed that all the roms are missing or not a rom (I mean this is bull )
