A friend asked how to restrict acess to HD partitions to only one user.

Yet i have somewhat a knowlegde in Win XP, i never ran into Group Policie and User Management stuff, never really needed.

How should i do it?
After 1 min search, i found this, but i cant just check it! Screen below:

You'll always be able to read the partitions, providing they are non-encrypted, under a Linux Live CD.

This is awesome!! I never knew or heard about this stuff. This saves me the trouble of having to open the access to some locked up folders via 3rd party software. Also I was looking for a way to lock access to HDDs/folders. Thanks!

Does Windows has other such advanced options to be messed with?
