Thermal grease on the BGA of the GPU on the back, then superglue on the outmost bridging capacitors to hold it on. Just don't use arctic silver and it's ok. :D

Neither are conductive or insulators, so it's safe. ;) Actually gets quite hot too.

I miss my 9600xt..

Hmm.. So I guess you could put an even larger HS on there. Even with the large HS I have on my vid card, the back still get's pretty hot, but not too hot.
