wtf

ok, i downloaded the psm player and the psx thing just in case, the psx player won't play anything, and the psm player says that i'm missin a dll....i forget what it was called, wn something .dll, any help would be much apreciated....

ok, i got that and it started, now it says i have to assign the cdrom drive, what do i do there, then it said that the .str file was unsupported, i feel really stupid, but thanks for the help guys.....

yeah, i'm experiencing the same problem too. the drop down box to pick the drives are blank.

i know this thread is over a month old, but my problem is still relevant so please don't close it.

All I had to do was add aspi32.dll to the PSMplay folder to get the CD-Roms to appear in the menu. You might need to add it to your System32 folder too, but I didn't have to do that.

w00t!! i got it working. fireblaster provided an excellent hint in her post. you need a program called force aspi 1.7 to get the job done. after you get the aspi drivers installed, everything should be fine.

its playlist functions are great, since FFVIII's ending is broken into 3 parts, i was able to play all 3 in the correct order without any interruptions in fullscreen mode! (something i don't think psx multi converter is capable of)
