You need more members than 4 to need moderators Perhaps you're looking for people to design your forum and the such, and as such, a moderator is not the proper job title. More like "I want to run a forum, but want everyone else to do everything for me" should be your job title, and give everyone else who works on the forum title as "Administrator".
