I don't think so....you need a TV tuner card to do something like that

I dont know much on Geforce cards but if it has a tv tuner on it then I reccommend a free program like virtualdub. It works great and there are a ton of free plugins for it.

Like Kirby said it has to have the tv tuner function built into it.

considering that Nvidia has their own model line of TV cards, I doubt if they would put in TV capabilities in something as cheap as a 5200
