need help with plug-in manager

So i'm trying to add a controller to psxeven, i downloaded a controller plugin for it, but when i go into the plugin manager everything is blank. a couple of times it showed up but now its not, can you help me out please.

did you define the plugin folder?

ok nvm, theres no folder setting to define, are you starting it with a shortcut, and also where is the folder located?

which controller plugin?
