okay, so.
I was playing FFVIII and the game happened to freeze.
shrugging it off, I decided to click f3, seeing as I had saved with f1 a few minutes earlier(furthermore announced as S1)... well...
I accidentally pressed f1(furthermore announced as S2)
so now I'm stuck in a little spiral of frozen game music and I was wondering if there was a way to load a state before the one I just made (S1)

because my other save states are at least 7 hours behind
and I don't even think I've saved the game through a regular game save.

please tell me if there's a way to undo my idiocy T_T
