Okay here is my problem. I have the emulator. I have a few ISO's. This is what happens when I go to load Resident Evil. The screen remains black and nothing ever happens.

Running windows 7, 32bit cpu, 4gb RAM, nvidia 8800gt 512mb. Anyone got a fix?

try the different hacks and disable efb copy. Might help. Are you getting any sound? Try without dc and optimize quantitizers. Also, you might want to change your directories because now, we see you pirated those games.

No sound at all regardless and I tried all your suggestions and nothing worked. I don't know what "dc" is.

Also I own a copy of the game and a gamecube and the location of the file isn't really telling. I could have placed it in a folder called "porno". Assumptions are faulty.

I don't know what the deal is.

Download folder, and a PAL game where you should have an NTSC one, if you "dumped it" from your original...

...
Well technically he could of ripped it himself and placed in in that folder, assumptions aren't reliable when determining if the user has pirated anything or legally ripped it himself unless he outright admitted to pirating it.

I am however closing this thread after reviewing everything closely. Cluing off of the picture he posted and the problems he is describing which are common with most scene releases and pirated material, it is likely that he downloaded a corrupt or non-working image rather than ripping it himself.
